What does RingerText do?
RingerText texts the roster before hockey games, tracks who is in or out, and automatically contacts prioritized ringers when the bench is short.
Do players need an app or login?
No. Players and ringers register once through private links, then reply to SMS messages like a normal text thread.
Does AI send texts from an unconfirmed schedule?
No. Schedule import only creates draft games. The captain confirms dates, times, opponents, and rink details before automation starts.
How does ringer outreach work?
When rostered players are out, RingerText checks position targets and asks the highest-priority eligible ringers until the lineup is back on target.
What does the plan include?
RingerText is free to set up. SMS credits are $0.05 each, starter refills are 200 credits for $10.00, and credits carry over.
Can players opt out?
Yes. Every initial SMS includes RingerText/team identification and STOP instructions. STOP opts that number out of product SMS.
